Crunch, the Agency is a team of young enthusiasts united by true passion for music, high-value education, and extensive experience. Having finished Berklee College of Music, all of us got to work on various successful projects in the music industries around the globe: in Spain, the UK, Romania, Russia, and Saudi Arabia. So, we decided to join forces and incorporate gained knowledge and experience into something bigger – a music agency that provides sound and management services.
At Crunch, the Agency, we stand by high standards, reliability, and innovation. Behind the whole process, from the very first received email to a post-project review, there is a small but truly devoted team working hard to satisfy every demand. Full trust and understanding strengths of one another always get the job done. As for client relations, we believe in mutual respect, efficient communication and creative approach. Whether you know exactly what you want or only have a vague vision of a project, we are here to brainstorm and make ideas come to life.

hi, I’m Uliana, and I oversee management, branding, and marketing at CRUNCH, the Agency. from shaping visual branding and image to developing marketing campaigns and handling social media, I ensure both you and your fans experience the full potential of your music.
my master’s degree in Global Entertainment and Music Business from Berklee College of Music taught me professional versatility, which I later honed through diverse hands-on experiences. having assisted at two music labels, a Spanish music sync company, a music conference in Saudi Arabia alongside creating content and marketing campaigns for American and Romanian independent artists definitely developed a strong skill set. also, PB&JAM, our series of jam sessions in Bucharest, is my brainchild I’ve raised from ground zero.

hey, I’m Tudor, and I handle all aspects of sound design, engineering, and technical operations in our business. having two degrees in music and sound, one of them being a master’s in Music Production, Technology, and Innovation from Berklee College of Music, as well as years of experience in sound production and engineering, I can guarantee that the sound you envision—whether for a song, an album, or a live concert—will become reality.in my portfolio you will find albums, mixed and mastered for independent artists and major recording studios (such as Ines Sound & Video, Bucharest), fully engineered concerts for Romanian acts as well as a considerable list of corporate and private parties and DJ nights. what ties all these projects together is impeccable sound quality that I’ve been tailoring for years, resulting in satisfaction of my clients and their audiences.
